01 Does Darhai ship to my country?

We invite seekers from across the globe to experience our collections. We ship to almost every country worldwide, with the exception of the following due to regional carrier restrictions:

Bahamas, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria.

We are constantly seeking new paths to reach these regions and appreciate your patience.

02 How much does shipping cost?

We strive to keep the journey of your artifacts affordable while ensuring they are fully insured and handled with care.

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: On all orders over $150 USD.
  • Premium Insured Shipping: $15 USD (For orders under $150).
  • Expedited Journey (FedEx/DHL): Starting from $45 USD (Calculated at checkout).
Note on Artifact Handling: Shipping costs include a dedicated processing fee, secure packaging, and customs preparation to ensure your items arrive in perfect spiritual and physical condition.

03 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

04 Tracking Your Artifact's Path

Once your order begins its journey, a tracking number will be whispered to your inbox. You may follow its progress here:

Why is my tracking information not updated yet?

When an artifact is handcrafted in our regional studios (such as Tibet or Nepal), it must first travel to our international shipping center. This initial path takes 3-5 days. Information will update as soon as the package is scanned at the international hub. Please remain in stillness as your package makes its way through these sacred highlands.

05 What if the package does not arrive?

If your artifacts have not reached you within 60 days of dispatch, please reach out to us. We will either initiate a new journey for your items or provide a full refund of your investment.
