Refund & Return Policy

At Darhai, we understand that selecting sacred artifacts online is a journey of intuition. If a piece does not resonate with your spirit as expected, we are here to assist you in its return or exchange.

Our 30-Day Window

Our commitment to your satisfaction lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your journey began with us, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your artifact must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and preserved in its original sacred packaging.

The Beauty of Imperfection

Please note: Damages caused by regular wear, or natural variations in Jade, Bodhi, and Sacred Woods (such as unique textures, minor inclusions, or color shifts) do not qualify as defects. These are the hallmarks of authentic, earth-born materials.

Return Process & Logistics

Unless the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and additional services such as gift wrapping are non-refundable.

  • Defective Items: Return labels will be provided for verified defective products within the 30-day window.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they arrive damaged. Once an exchange is processed, the new item is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Extended Care: For defective items purchased within 1 year, we offer a special 50% promo code toward a replacement piece.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
