The Return Journey

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your artifact must be unused, in the same pristine condition that you received it, and must remain in its original sacred packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards
  • Custom-Engraved or Personalized Products
  • Opened Sage Sticks, Candles, or Apothecary items
  • Items purchased during Final Sale events

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 days, please first re-check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. There is often a processing delay before a refund is officially posted.

Shipping & Logistics

Unless the return is a result of a Darhai Error (incorrect or defective item), you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important: Please do not return your purchase to the address shown on the package. Reach out to us for the correct sanctuary address to ensure your artifact is safely received.

For high-value artifacts, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Darhai cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during their return journey.

Gifts & Exchanges

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange for the same item, please whisper to us at support@darhai.com.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a digital gift certificate for the value of your return once the item is received and approved.
